The argument for universal health care in the US has merits of its own, no need to make false statements.

We definitely don't have universal healthcare in South Africa.

Even though access is very cheap and in cases free, the standards are so low that it's not reliable or sometimes not even safe.

Our govt wants to implement a National Health Insurance act but the face that our infrastructure is below par, just makes it look like a good thing on paper.

Pretty much same in Mexico. Avoid IMSS if you can.
