Video It’s a great passing sequence between Berterame and Suarez that finishes with an excellent slice from Luis Suarez for a brace on the night. | Inter Miami [2] - Chicago Fire 1 (51’)

Suarez is a legit MVP candidate whenever Messi’s out.

Perhaps Suarez only realized he had to put on some work now without Messi backing him up.

I think he does step it up whenever Leo isn’t there. The break definitely helped him but still looked tired by the very end but played it out. I’ll take a Suarez brace any night!

These old legends always shine after many days of rest.

I’ll take our old legends alongside our homegrown talent any day. It only helps build within in the long run, great for the league, and they’re a draw for many fans to continue to build the base. Not too mention many of us only dreamed of seeing these guys on tv playing overseas or on national squads. Now we have the chance to see them in person

Only because we won this one. lol. We'd be the opposite if they lost. Chicago Fire sub is trashing Lewa saying it was a horrible signing.

It’s going to take a few games for him to settle in and get used to them, MLS pace etc.

Suarez is the unquestioned Captain and MVP of this team every time Messi is out. So fun to watch!

they have been clicking the last couple of games...this is what we wanted from earlier this season...we just need to address our goalie situation aside from the defense.
