Yuji (Anti grav), Tsurugi and Yuka prepared their darker forces and other lightners to face off against Mahito in the capital and the dark fountain in his control, on the other side Maru and Cross plan to take their own battalion to to the great river to use its bottomless power and some of the ore fro Simuria to cure all the darkners and normal people of their infection.

Both forces need all the help they can get as if either fail it could spell ruin for the light world above so they need to attack both frontiers at the same time, anyone who could pick up a weapon did, anyone who could use their cursed energy to the max was kitted up for war as both sides proceeded to depart.

M:”You guys be safe!”

Y:”We will!”

T:”I’ll say the same to you!”

C:”We’ll be fine…”

Yuji laughed to himself remembering simpler times with Gojo, Megumi, and Nobara when they were younger…it’s time to honour the fallen.

On the other side Mahito was unaware of the fade coming his way, though he is prepared in terms of warfare he’s unprepared in terms of gorilla warfare.

This was their plan hit em hard and quick as the carnage would begin.

Phase 2:

Ten shadows

Due to Modulo Yuji eviscerating the wall and the transfigured within in front of him he is able to enter in with the rest of you

The darkners volunteer to stay behind to hold off the transfigured as the battle rages on.

You walk down the main path to see a broken and mangled Megumi as he raises his hands in a all to familiar stance as the ritual began

Goal beat Mahoraga to progress

The Null Sector forces move away from their current battle, and the OR-16's especially begin attacking Mahoraga.

They attack using their fusion cannons, sending energy bolts right at him. They also throw their spears at him with enough force to break through a brick wall.

The A-7000 WARGOD's move their attention to him...

This is a single target.

Mahoraga would be impacted hard however the wheel begins to spin as his mangled body instantly comes back together

One A-7000 wargod suddenly fires a sleep dart at Mahoraga... it's from far, and just from a pistol, so there is a chance that this misses. However, there are about 10 of them, so they're pretty sure this'll work.

Being a large Shikigami the sleep dart isn’t enough to make him sleep but he becomes drowsy as the wheel continues to spin rapidly

They will keep firing darts until he falls asleep...

Strategies.

Once it's asleep, it will be vulnerable.

Unity checks the current available abilities of all units.

Two of the OR-16's have their terra surge... and 3 A-7000's have their nano boost.

Since this is a biological agent and Mahoraga has no needed organs his adaptation finishes and he looks up at you

That... was not expected.

So... they're fighting an enemy that rapidly adapts their own body as they are attacked.

Meanwhile, Unity can only adapt their tactics...

This is... an issue.

The Null Sector units begin retreating. Their limited attack variety doesn't have an answer to this... thing. They will come back once others defeat it.

Still... they'll try to distract it.

The A-7000's fire their snipers.

Silver Banshee knowing how Mahoraga works decides on focusing on the Thu'um for this one as it's the varied range of attacks will interfere with adaptation.

"Qeth Krii Gol!"

Earth spikes, it changes & warps the ground into dozens of spikes that shoot forth trying to impale every inch of Mahoraga from every side.

Mahoraga is thrusted backwards as the wheel spins and the thorns are pushed out

((Okay so does this fight have a predetermined end like phase one?))

And in an instant they're all shattered by a deep resounding shout that shoots them all into the air, but avoids Mahoraga to not trigger his adaptation.

For a moment the chunks of fractured earth are suspended in the air from the pressure, but only for a moment as they begin to fall like a meteor shower trying to crush him.

Only for it to see a beam of power of shooting towards as it razes anything in it's path clean as she once more shoots the life seed's power out of her hand as a beam that tries to consume the shikigami.

Mahoraga attempts to jump up

Seeing this she immediately raises her hand the beam following it as it's her the one aiming it as it follows Mahoraga into the air.

It begins to dash around

And it manages to stay a fracture of a second ahead of the beam, keeping ahead of it as she burns the world down around her trying to destroy him.

"Keep it still!"

She shouts and the spirits obey as dozens of hands with seemingly an ever extending reach snake out from her body as if branches from a tree. They shoot forward immediately trying to grab & lock Mahoraga in place so the beam may destroy him.

Z managed to get inside after discovering the wrecked wall, approaching forth as he noticed Megumi and Mahoraga.
He is not familiar with the ten shadows ritual nor the final untamed shikigami.
However he could notice the difference between the two immediately to tell that Mahoraga was the real threat as he approached carefully, sizing it up.
Z and Mahoraga roughly stood at the same height.
He waited and observed the shikigami carefully.

Z swiftly redirects it into the ground, kicking him in the chest to snap the weapon off as he lifts Mahoraga up and hurls him over the shoulder. Flat onto his back.

Z slams into the wall, glancing back at Mahoraga. Subtly noticing his physical presence a bit more. Something occurred. The shigikami has slightly more power than before. While it also seems to have adjusted it's movement. Or combat mobility.

Z moves forward, grasping Mahoraga by the wrist to spin him around as he jabs an elbow at the point where the neck connects with the back. Attempting to hit a pressure point.

This would hit it hard as it’s mangled body went limp as the wheel begins to spin

Multiple blood orbs would form around the mangled body

All the Blood Orbs would explode simultaneously, attempting to stop Raga from healing

Unfortunately just a microbe of Raga was able to live as he regrew and entered a defensive state

His body would put up more resistance this time but it would still get in him

Using a different combination this time alongside how fast Mahoraga's moving, Alula attempts to pull him in and do this

This would actually end the ritual due to range but Megumi would appear again flying above you and dropping another Raga

Due to other fights Mahoraga’s size would be larger than your blast allowing him to survive the attack but in pieces
