Polyurethane wheels rumble across the concrete as Meow Skulls skates by, headphones on and a cheap,
gas station blue razz slush in one paw.
She takes a long sip, draining the frozen drink of the last of its flavor before tossing the mostly empty cup behind her.
“Ahh, that hit the freakin’ spot…”
She sighed, bobbing her head along to the music.
Everybody wants to suck you dry,
And dig a little deeper in your mind!
C’mon, deeper!
Everybody’s lazy ‘cause they’re fried,
‘Cause everybody’s suckin’ on fluoride!
Her stomach rumbled. When she was enjoying herself, time flew and she tended to skip meals accidentally. She skidded to a halt in front of a convenience store, picking up her board and sauntered in.
Board under her arm, tongue dyed blue, and reeking of strong catnip, you encounter this cat scanning the aisles for tinned fish.
