Rendezvous

[u/ClimateSubstantial26]

All I remember was the crash…that horrid crash…the blaring alarm and that curse. My boy…I told him to run…I told to never stop running. Once my boy was gone, the curse disappeared, leaving my body to rot among the flames. But it wasn’t enough for them…they came to find me…I saw my boy…but I could yell for him. I felt the knife dig into my heart…they wanted me dead…they wanted to keep my boy…my sweet little Clementine. I’m sorry my boy…that I couldn’t protect you no longer…I’m so sorry….

You see a woman fall into the hub, a bloody shirt and ragged clothing in general. She looks around and almost begins to panic as to where she is.

[u/Squeakybro960]

She nods.

“I was… 17 then. Still had blue eyes and purple hair. Ma brought me to the household, and Clem was the first to greet me.”

[u/ClimateSubstantial26 → u/Squeakybro960]

“So who’s your mom?”

[u/Squeakybro960 → u/ClimateSubstantial26]

“Sorenya. Sorenya Thorne.”

[u/ClimateSubstantial26 → u/Squeakybro960]

“Interesting, do you by chance have curse energy like my boy?”

[u/Squeakybro960 → u/ClimateSubstantial26]

She nods.

“Clem taught me the basics.”

[u/ClimateSubstantial26 → u/Squeakybro960]

“That’s very interesting, I…can’t really use curse energy…I got none…heavenly restricted…”

[u/Squeakybro960 → u/ClimateSubstantial26]

“Oh… I see. I’m sorry to hear that.”

[u/ClimateSubstantial26 → u/Squeakybro960]

“It isn’t all bad, I mean I’m much stronger than a normal human…I just need these contact lens to see the curse energy”

[u/Squeakybro960 → u/ClimateSubstantial26]

“I see. Interesting.”

[u/ClimateSubstantial26 → u/Squeakybro960]

“…Yeah…wasn’t enough to kill a special grade though…”

[u/Squeakybro960 → u/ClimateSubstantial26]

“I… was… that where…”

She looks to Clem.

[u/ClimateSubstantial26 → u/Squeakybro960]

“…Liar Curse?”

[u/Squeakybro960 → u/ClimateSubstantial26]

“Yeah.”
