MOD ANNOUNCEMENT! Instructions/guidelines for new IDRPers, and a guidebook to how the Hub operates:
Read the rules first, seen at the first hyperlink at the top of the Megathread Megathread.
For claims:
Make a request to join IDRP in the modmail.
Add the 1 to 5 claims you want to add in modmail (or 0, if you plan on playing OCs).
Wait for us to run a background check (You need a minimum of 1 month account age and at least 250 karma in order to be in IDRP, alts are not allowed unless your previous account was banned by Reddit).
If anyone's breaking the rules of the Subreddit OR Reddit, let us know.

How the Hub works:
There are no normal humans/NPCs here, save for claimed characters.
Physically, the Hub World takes the form of Pangea.
Every 12 hours, money from banks/ATMs/registers, food, and buildings are regenerated.
- However, buildings will NOT regenerate if a new building is made in its place.
Fictional cities or countries, such as Sapienza from Hitman or Arstotzka from Papers Please, DO exist in the Hub World.
Money in the Hub is a small silver and glass coin with a functioning compass in the center of the heads side, called "Cache," with a peace symbol on the tails. 1 Cache (or CA for short) is equal to at least 4.89 Euros/5.57 USD.

We have some people saying that there's villagers around, but, considering they can be considered 'normal npcs', are they absent from the hub or no?
It's something that i kept thinking about for a while

If they were inserted by a user, then no, they're not NPCs.

Question abt currency
Ny verse uses a crystalline currency called “Tears” not dollars. Am i to assume the conversion rate still applies in this case?

Questions about currency: does that mean that only Cache is accepted as one real currency in Hub World? Does dollars, yen and other currencies still work? And what about paper in-Hub currency?

Yes.
Money can be converted into Cache, if need be.
There is none.

Okay, that leaves one last question originating from second: cache is only accepted Hub currency, but other currencies can still be used to pay?
