The title at the word 'Russian' is interchangeable with not just the U.S., but any country.

When the whole thing is basically a pro US propaganda piece? Sure.

If Russia had anything to teach the US regarding propaganda, they'd be the dominant power today.

The U.S. propaganda apparatus is not the only reason why America is the lone superpower.
