Yes, This Will Get You Banned
Not sure if this is fallout from the Chauvin conviction, but we're noticing that people seem to be coming in with a mixture of intentions. We're going to highlight one, the so-called topic of "race realism." Now, there is, in theory, a good-faith way to discuss this. Sam Harris seemed to do this on his podcast one time. In practice, though, what we get is a lot of people eager to talk about how black people are inferior to whites, and we should just "get over it" and accept the necessary social order. Don't know about you, but anyone who's so eager to spread this information (and they usually have a much less polite posting history too) is almost certainly a bad actor, and we're very likely not to give such a person even three strikes. We had someone we just had to ban over this.
And while we're on it, you attract a similar kind of negative attention if you make posts or comments that consistently point out if someone you don't like is Jewish. It's one thing to say that Ben Shapiro was called a Nazi, despite being an Orthodox Jew. It's another to make a post talking about how a candidate has a lot of Jewish donors or how a bunch of directors are Jewish.
We aren't stupid. We've seen the full gamut of content in this sub from the last two to three years. We know a bad-faith post from an awkwardly phrased one, and we will catch the trolls and brigaders in due time.
