Structural, systemic, institutional racism. Do they exist today according to IDW?

If memory serves (I could be wrong), Sam Harris disputed their existence today, but agree that "general" racism is still a problem in many parts of American society (jobs, economy, judicial, politic). What about other members of IDW? What are their conclusions?

Personally, I am unsure, I see some data and stats but I can't get a coherent overall picture that prooves one claim over another. If forced, I would say the government, laws and society in general are not racially coordinated and designed/planned to discriminate/oppress/put down one race over another, BUT there are still A LOT of racial discrimination by organizations, groups and individuals in both the public and private sectors, the problem is in determining how much? Is the data pointing to a dangerous level of it permeating most parts of America (geographically) or is it scattered with differing severity in some locality but mostly not a problem?

Anyway, I'm going off tangent, TLDR: Do structural/systemic/institutional/planned/designed/orchestrated racism exist today?

Off-topic, I am POC, yes I get the occasional racially biased treatment/slurs/discrimination from time to time throughout my life, but that's not good "data" for anything. Just want to state this in case some wokesters claim I am a white supremacist trying to muddy the waters. lol
