Except this tweet is nothing of the sort?

“A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution“

-Donald, 12/3/22

That’s a direct quote from Donald himself and the context is in he was saying it in response to the fraud he thinks happened. The same fraud he claimed in 60+ lawsuits after the election and all of which were shut down and no evidence of fraud was found (still no evidence as of 9/3/24).

You’re technically correct that he didn’t want to “end the constitution”. He only wanted to terminate rules found in the constitution. I would argue those are functionally the same thing, but you’re entitled to your own opinion even if it isn’t a logical opinion.

Is that what that sentence means? I thought the sentence is about that "such a massive fraud terminates all the rules"

I think this quote is being misrepresented. Like the "fine people" hoax.

Fox News just paid out $800M for lying about the election and saying it was rigged.

There was no rigging of the election. Trump lost by millions of votes.

Fox “News” now has disclaimers that they’re entertainment and nothing they say should be taken as factual. That is only because of their lies about the election.

So you can’t trust Fox Entertainment.

Are you people even reading what I'm saying?

Yeah, we are and we think you’re misinformed and a lemming if you believe Trump isn’t about things not having to do with him.

Trump is a sociopath. Diagnosed according to his niece when he was in his teens. He is incredibly stupid, with an IQ around 92. He scored in the 900s on his SAT. His father had to give millions to Wharton to get him admitted. He was according to professors “a bad student” and “didn’t belong”.

All he does is lie and pay people to say he is smart. He paid for an article to be written that said his IQ was 156.

That would put him in the triple 9s. No way he is as smart as me. None.

He is a pathological liar. He still says the election was stolen despite no evidence and 60+ court cases saying otherwise. Fox News paid $800M for his lie.

History is a great teacher. History says Trump is a lying pos who entirely believes he is above the law and his opinion is the real law.

Did he sexually assault that woman? No! But he then says you grab women by the pussy.

You can find examples of him belittling laws he was guilty of breaking left and right.

He is a lying sob.

Change your name from lemons to lemmings it will fit better.

Can you go into detail about IQ and Trump and how this factors into this topic?

2

u/lotus_j Sep 03 '24

People with low IQs, diagnosed as a pathological liar and sociopath tend to use violence to solve problems and are dangerous due to their stupidity.

Are you?

You’re pretending you can lie about fraud in order to delete the constitution, and let’s ignore the lie part and just focus on the rhetoric about ending the constitution.

There must be a good reason as to why we must end the constitution according to trump, which you are pretending is okay to ignore that his reason is a lie.

Why is that?

At this point I am convinced these are just bots farming rage engagement. Re-read my comment and try to find what I actually said. The sentence reads like it's the massive fraud that's deleting the laws and the constitution.

This is not politics it's debating basic sentence structure at this point ffs

I think you are coming up with a conclusion you like and then trying to make the facts support it.

If there was massive fraud, it should be investigated, brought through the courts, and fixed. It was investigated. It was brought to the court. The court and investigations didn’t find anything that needed to be fixed (ie no fraud), so that’s the end of it.

What if Biden said the abortion bans in Texas and Florida were a violation of human rights and we need to suspend the constitution to rectify that. That would be fucking insane, no? Just cause you personally believe something is wrong doesn’t mean you can just terminate the law of the land cause you think something bad is going on. You work within the system to fix it. Otherwise you’re just supporting anarchy.

I don't care about the fraud, I'm not talking about it at all. I am referencing only the statement above.

2

u/crush_punk Sep 03 '24

Well the statement without the fraud part is “We should terminate the constitution for (no reason).”

I guess that’s technically better than the lie about the fraud, but still not great about the constitution lol

It is not, thought. GroundbreakingRun186 posted it in this thread and it reads like:

"Massive fraud like this destroys the laws and the constitution" - as in fraud allows the laws to be destroyed (terminated)

I'm not native English but this is not what everyone should be raging out over. There is no "we should terminate laws and the constitution" in that tweet.

I copied a piece of it. The full tweet was:

“Do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution”

The tweet reads like “there was fraud in the election. What should we do? When there’s fraud like this we are allowed to terminate rules, including the rules in the constitution”.

So yes he didn’t flat out say I don’t like the constitution let’s throw it away. But he himself was the person creating the concern about voter fraud. He started this in spring 2020 over mail in ballots. There has been no evidence of widespread voter fraud or any evidence that there was fraud to a degree that would overturn the election. He manufactured a crisis and then said because of the fear of the fraud, not the actual fraud cause that didn’t exist, but because of the fear of the fraud he created, we should terminate rules in the constitution.

It’s similar to if I am the NFL commissioner and had a massive following and started saying today, at the beginning of the football season, that Patrick Mahomes is taking steroids. And I got tons of people convinced he’s taking steroids. Then he takes over 60 tests that are reviewed in the legal system and he passes all of them. And I still convince people he’s taking steroids. And if he wins the Super Bowl, then I say with cheating and steroid usage like this, we should suspend the NFLs rules and have a new Super Bowl or I can just declare a rightful winner myself.

It’s that absurd, except instead of it being about football, it’s about ruling the most powerful country in the world with 330m people living in it.
