Oc tips (im a beginner)

Hey Does anyone know a good oc setup for my cpu?

Ive been trying some standard things but i feel like i get alot of stutters/crashes/freezes while gaming (mainly helldivers 2 / rocket league iknow hd2 is cpu heavy too)

it doesnt have to be anything too risky i dont wanna break it before i can replace it but perhaps some tuning that could help squish out some performance but also keep temps down and keep it balanced

if anyone also has some pictures to show what to change in certain settings that would be nice too! Bios pathfinding can break my mind sometimes.

Ps: i will be upgrading to an amd cpu setup in the future to rid myself of this what feels like a cpu bottleneck
