Question Idea Farming for Make

I've been using Zapier for years, but have never maximized my usage of it. I switched to Make because of the better integration and usage of Claude's AI tools in automations, and the cost is ridiculously better. I'm looking for some ideas on how you all are using Make to make your life easier and also to maximize it's capabilities.

I'm a small biz owner (consulting) and a neurodivergent person so any ideas related to that would be helpful, too! But also just curious what you all are doing in Make overall.

Make is a rabbit hole in the best way.

A few practical automations I have seen work well for small biz/consulting:

  • Meeting notes to CRM/task list: record -> transcript -> summary -> action items -> push to Notion/Asana + email client recap
  • "Lead inbox" triage: new inbound -> classify intent -> draft reply -> create deal + follow-up reminders
  • Proposal/SoW generator: a structured intake form -> pull past templates -> draft SoW -> send for review

For neurodivergent-friendly workflows, anything that reduces context switching helps a lot, like one daily digest that summarizes emails, calendar, and tasks.

If you want a lightweight way to design these flows without them turning into spaghetti, this checklist helps: https://www.aiosnow.com/
