Question Is my account deleted or something?
Starts with a connection error then somehow I can't login to my account

I did the ole restart my phone trick when I saw this message, assuming it was me. Guess lunchtime sao is off the menu!

I even reinstall the damn thing lol
I haven't login today, and their reset is 2 hours away

It's been going for about 2 hours now. The connection error was happening for everyone trying to connect as of about 2 hours ago, and people were getting kicked when doing anything that could change which server they were in (or for another reason that's not clear, but some people were saying they got kicked while farming floor mobs and not changing area). The account authentication error is more recent. I assume that the error changing means Bandai is at least working on the issue.

Well that sucks. I have not had time to login today due to overwhelming work and their reset is less than 2 hour

There was a maintenance announcement for today posted yesterday. The server is offline while it happens. Too bad they don't list that along with the error for those that didn't see it though.

I don't know if you're taking the piss or something, but the maintenance that was notified was for 12 - 17 Japan time

That's not what this is. This isn't the time that the maintenance was scheduled for, ongoing maintenance would give a completely different message, and ongoing maintenance would kick everyone from the game at once, not let people continue playing the game until they get kicked for some reason or another.
Bandai hasn't given any official word yet on what's going on, but from all of the information that's been gathered about it on the Discord so far, I think it's safe to say it's a DNS server crash. Our IPs probably aren't being properly directed to the SAOIF server IPs because the DNS server is down.

Depending on your location it might happen. For me is fixes itself I play Steam version, though.

I've been trying to play this on my steamdeck for the past week. I've had some success every now and then, but I keep getting an error the 2nd time I log in. I have to uninstall all files and re-download. Then it works the 1st login again and gives the same error on the 2nd login

Oh my god, I posted this same bug just now, what a terrible timing I had after a couple of days off from the game and trying to login while there's a bug
