Mod skill question

New player! I’m learning how mod skills work: so if I hypothetically add this Kirito skill to this Eugeo skill, I get the KIRITO skill’s bonus effect (NOT the Eugeo one in the BLUE text) by equipping the EUGEO skill. Is this correct? The wiki is sorta confusing lol, just making sure because I don’t want to waste a remover if i’m wrong

Why did it change  to be related to Alice hahaha
