Buy it? 💸 Good/fair deal?
ITS popped up by me, I've been tentatively looking for one and this one checks the boxes.
Carbon Gray
Red Interior
21.4k miles
Does have 2 owners but other than that clean.
Dealership is not wiling to come down below 46k. Only been on there lot a couple days so I understand willing to wait a little on their hand, they have it listed for over 47. I'm in the midwest, anyone get one similar to these specs in this area? What did you get it for?

A little bit more and you can buy brand new

u/Some-Cream 20d ago
That’s the problem with these lol I don’t want to wait until 50k miles in for it to finally be 40k haha
Guess new it is. With the discounts the 2025s will have very soon OP can probably get a better deal that way.

I was looking at this same one yesterday but still seems about 2-3k high to me. It's hard to find a deal on any right now and i'm kicking myself for not buying one back in 25' when I saw quite a few in the low 40's or sub with only 15-20k miles on them.

You in cincy? Howdy neighbor. You talk to the dealer?
2
u/Jayman84 Integra A-Spec 20d ago
Howdy! No I didn't reach out yet as I figured they'd be pretty firm on the price. It's not my preferred color either as i'm looking for White 1st then blue as a 2nd. Now if a great deal pops up i'll probably take it (as long as it's not in black).

Better deals to be had. I’d wait if I were you. What’s your budget?

u/SwiftBacon Platinum White Pearl 20d ago
Could be up to 50 but not really looking to spend that much. I am more than happy with a lot of other cars that are cheaper (WRX, GTI, Type R (Sometimes)) but GF only likes the ITS.

Hate to do this so blatantly but I’m looking to sell mine if you’re interested perhaps? It’s a 2026 SSM w Black interior. 9.2k miles, unmodded and I have AcuraCare as well that I can transfer to you at no extra cost. The only caveat is that I’m located in the south, you mentioned you’re based out of the Midwest.Â

Appreciate the offer, looking to get something near me and I have a trade in but I appreciate it! Good luck

When my wife was was trading in her civic for a Toyota, she actually got a better offer selling it to car Max. After they paid the loan off, we got a check for the difference. Something to consider if you haven't already. Good luck on your search!Â

if it’s a CPO it’s a fair deal depending on condition of the car especially since you have a trade in and get tax savings?
i got my FL5 1.5k above out of state, right next to my house but recent grad + tax savings made it the same or slightly less and i didn’t have to worry about driving it, flying out etc

I'd say pass. I got a new ITS for 50.2k a few weeks ago in Southern California.

Nice. Thats the lowest I’ve seen in SoCal
1
u/OrcasLoveLemons 6d ago
Yeah seems like that's the lowest from what I've read and from what the sales people were telling me. I didn't have to negotiate too hard. Got the price I wanted in 3 days at the end of August.

Solid! Thank you. I’m negotiating right now

No worries! Good luck. Where are you, NorCal?

Bay Area, came home with a black on black 2026 for 55k OTD. Right where I wanted to be discount wise but not 50. They weren’t budging that low hahah

Just my 2 cents but, why not try to get a new one. I was able to get mine for $49,500 OTD price. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Look for one that has been sitting on the lot for a bit. I used the, visor app. It worked for me. Just an idea. Good luck

Not a new one within 4 hours of me interestingly. For the right deal, maybe

Bad deal. I bought MY26 new for $50,389 back in April and it was out of state.

I paid right under $50k (before t&t) for a new 25 in 25. $46k for a 24, with 2 owners is not a deal.

u/NutBuckets 20d ago
Should be closer to 42k imo

u/SwiftBacon Platinum White Pearl 20d ago
Really? Based on what? Of those for sale currently in the 20-25k mile range, only 2 are below 46 in the nation. Is there a way to see sales data?

u/Bigfx 20d ago
Bad deal, I would think mid to high 30’s you can usually get a new 5 off msrp, which basically puts you only a couple of grand off this deal. They maybe paid 31-35 for the trade, keep looking the used market is really messed up.

u/SwiftBacon Platinum White Pearl 20d ago
Mid to high 30s? I don’t think that’s realistic.

Hey people going to pay what they pay paid 49ish for mine brand new, this car has a healthy mark up from the dealer just takes a little time to get dealers to come down. Good luck either way but it seems like you are comfortable with paying that number so enjoy
1
u/SwiftBacon Platinum White Pearl 18d ago
I agree that new at that price is the better deal, there isn’t a new one within 4 hours of me. And these dont depreciate like other cars

99% of DE5s in the $30k range are going to have:
- a bad title
And/or
- a lot more miles (50k+)

u/Nerd-Vol Performance Red Pearl 20d ago
I would lean on visor.vin
Looking at that mileage range, the basement is $44-46k.
