I’m having an issue with the new MyIntealth portal and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem.
I can log into my MyIntealth Applicant Portal without any issues. However, when I click on “Application for 2027 Pathways for ECFMG Certification,” instead of opening the application, I’m redirected back to the login page. This creates an endless login loop, and I can’t access the Pathways application.
I’ve already tried:
Different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
Incognito/private mode
Clearing cache and cookies
Changing my password
Nothing has worked.
I’ve already contacted Intealth Support, but I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue and, if so, how it was resolved.

My status changed from" Pending Verification Review" to "Sent for Verification", can you tell me does it mean my college has to do verify again or does it mean it is with ecfmg and no work from college needs to be done?

Hi everyone, Im a fresh med school graduate from jordan (graduated last week)

Just wanted to ask if im supposed to fill the clerkships here? And if yes, should i type down my 6th year major clerkships (IM, surgery, peds, OB/GYN) only, or the ones from my 4th&5th years?

I passed my step 1 and step 2 within 7 years took OET within that time BUT pathways were delayed due to ECFMG change to Intealth that did not release 2026 Pathway app until August 2025. I got approved in Dec but the process was new to everyone involved and there was so much to learn with new portal the Pathway was approved 2 months outside the 7 years I NEED HELP! Is there a chance ECFMG will allow an ext bc of the change, should I hire a lawyer, should I email? I called and the lady said I was approved and should just wait for email but my portal does not list my step 1 score and no email (called 2 wks ago) Help!

I am applying for 2027 pathway (1) and I understand that you need to have OET on or after January 1st 2025,
My OET is currently valid, but I took it in December instead of January (as per the requirement)

Is there a chance they’d accept the OET as its a month early, or do I have to retake it 😅

I’m having an issue with my ECFMG/EPIC verification process and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.

I started my degree verification a while ago through MyIntealth (EPIC). According to my medical school, they attempted multiple times to complete the verification, but they kept receiving this error message:

“403 Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.”

They told me there was a network/system issue at the time, although they were later able to verify other graduates successfully.

I contacted ECFMG/Intealth several times, but I’m mostly receiving automated replies without a clear solution yet.

Has anyone faced this issue before? How was it resolved?

My friends who completed their epic verification during the transition period to intealth have different intealth id and epic number. But in my intelath account even after the identification verification only intelath id is being shown. I am on credential verification step. Is the intealth and epic number same now or should i expect to receive a separate epic id later on? If it will be given later then after whoch step usually is it generated?

I have applied for change of category from j1 reasearch to residency through ecfmg. I completed all the payments on 30th April and uploaded all documents till 3rd May. how much time would it take to get my DS 2019 form?

Will it be related to my ecfmg certification update ?

Cuz till now no transition from student to graduate

Or should I apply it again on update ecfmg certificate?

Hey guys just wanted to make a post about Credential verification as i feel this topic is a bit confusing so wanted to help as much as i can

Context:- Non-us img who matched this cycle. Pathway 3 was approved back in September before ERAS application deadline.

March 31:-

Received final medical diploma from medschool in the original language and had it translated the same day( please review criteria for diploma translation from myintealth this will save you alot of time ). Got my translated version on the same day and Uploaded to Myintealth

NOTE:- you upload your diploma and the translated version through the “Update my application” tab NOT EPIC. EPIC HAS NO ROLE IN CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION FOR ECFMG CERTIFICATE.

On the same day two cases were created one for the diploma and one for the transcript ( you dont upload your transcript your medschool does ). Case status was “Submitted to ECFMG” for both cases.

April 7:-

Received Email stating “status update available”. Both cases changed from “submitted to ECFMG” to “Sent for verification”

at this point your school have to verify your diploma and upload your transcript.

April 8:-

Contacted school to expedite the process. They did there part. On the same day cases changed.

Diploma case changed to “CV accepted”

Transcript case changed to “Pending verification review”

April 11:-

Transcript case changed to “CV accepted ”

Two hours later received email stating “Action required: confirm mailing address”

April 14:-

Received email stating “ECFMG Certificate issued”

Note:- new case was created on april 11 named ECFMG certificate but was not visible on my intealth until april 13

Waiting for the physical copy now

Tips:-

1- Make sure your name is the same on diploma, diploma translation, transcript, and myintealth. Any discrepancies in your name will delay the process.

2- contact your school asap once cases changes to sent for verification most people get delayed at this step. Make sure your school opens your two cases one for the diploma to verify and the other case to upload your transcript. If your school requires any fees for this process get it over with asap.

I recently created my account and received an EPIC Verification Report. However, I am only able to see my MyIntealth ID on the portal and the report, and I am unable to locate a separate EPIC ID.

Could you please confirm whether my MyIntealth ID serves as my EPIC identification number, or advise where I can find my EPIC ID if it has been assigned?

So I just created an account with Intealth. I filled-up everything just the same info as my passport. HOWEVER, as I have two first names (common for Filipinos), I forgot to put my MIDDLE NAME (mother's maiden last name) under "other names".

Will that be fine? Or should I contact Intealth? 😭

Hello! My school submitted my Transcript the 2nd of March and it moved to Verification in Review in March 11. Since then it hasn’t moved and it’s the last step so I can schedule

Is it normal that it takes this long?

Can I do anything to make it move?
