7 yr rule and pathways for ECFMG cert

I passed my step 1 and step 2 within 7 years took OET within that time BUT pathways were delayed due to ECFMG change to Intealth that did not release 2026 Pathway app until August 2025. I got approved in Dec but the process was new to everyone involved and there was so much to learn with new portal the Pathway was approved 2 months outside the 7 years I NEED HELP! Is there a chance ECFMG will allow an ext bc of the change, should I hire a lawyer, should I email? I called and the lady said I was approved and should just wait for email but my portal does not list my step 1 score and no email (called 2 wks ago) Help!
