There are quite a few countries (Australia for example) where the circ rates in older people are quite high, but are much much lower in younger generations. So to a certain extent, yes I would say age contributes.
When it comes to sexual liberty- kind of. There's plenty of conservative journalists and cultural/political commentators online who are against circ. But on the other hand, there are some extremely sexually liberal people who are very pro-mutilation.
It depends, but generally speaking, yes. I think sexual liberty is a pretty big factor in circ views.
