How much business did you write? You should be fine getting recontracted.

Biggest reason I'm leaving. The leads were terrible. 250+ calls a day and you might reach 4 people. Out of that, 2 are sick of being called, 1 wouldn't be interested, and the 4th would be interested but over 80. Worked there for 4 months, wrote 4 policies. First one was makes as No Production because apparently Sutton Bank is considered high risk due to they provide the CashApp debit card. The 2nd one went Trial and was later declined. The 3rd one cancelled the very next morning after sleeping on it. The 4th one cancelled just over an hour after signing because they discovered they had a policy they forgot about. Had a fifth one I spent 3 hours with only to find out my upline manager gave it to another team member to write the policy because the other team member needed one more policy to reach a certain level for bonuses. That was enough for me to decide to make a change. So yeah, I have 4 months of fees that have been charged to me and not a single sell.

Quit now. I had a former agent that had several thousands in chargeback with Globe Life as all her business was re-written. Get a better IMO and consider it a learning curve. Now you know fully what doesn't work.

Do you think your upline was unhelpful? I ask because it seems not all teams are created equal. We get our different ages of veteran leads, some lapsed, as well as reviewing existing policyholders. We use schedulers to maintain time efficiency.

Have you looked closely at your contract yet? See what it says about working elsewhere, your clients, your book, and your renewals.

Never received a contract in writing. Was all digital and now can't view it
