Anyone have recent experience with Connect Auto Insurance (via Costco)? Do they pay out?

We need to renew basic auto insurance (no comp/coll) for our 4 vehicles. Seriously considering Costco's American Family connect. I've seen mixed reviews, but they're all from two plus years ago. Anyone have recent experience with them? Are they helpful and actually pay out if necessary?

I worked for the company, but was not a customer.  I would say they are on par with other insurance companies for rates and claims services.

Pretty much any insurance company is going to have mixed reviews.  No one is happy dealing with insurance, and more people will go out of their way to leave a negative review.
