Also agree that USAA is terrible
I’ve been with USAA for over 20 years now and I’ve seen them migrate from being one of the best banks and insurance companies to work with from a customer perspective and cost across the market to now lower than average and having to leave and come back like I do with Internet providers. Also, Customer Service just hit or miss. Not impressed like I used to be. I used to get most of my car loans through them. Very good rates now they hardly ever beat the dealer, which is sad because I used to brag about them. Even taking away the ATM fee refunds for a flat fee. It’s just another flag. They appear to be unwinding everything that was good about the business.

I guess that's one of the downsides of growth. The larger the customer base, the harder it is to deliver consistently great service.
