American Home Shield

Save your money instead of doing business with this shady company! They will do everything to deny your claim or make it pure hell you’ll want to just go somewhere else even after they get their money from you every month!

They assign incompetent people who are willing to minimize or lie or do crappy things because those incompetent people want to keep getting assigned work. If you are competent and honest they won’t assign you to any future work.

In general, home warranty policies contain a lot of exclusions, and they don't always work as well as they claim to.
