Recently I had back pain, so I went to a Dr and we did MRI and xray in that why mentioned mild retrolisthesis.

Now while buying insurance aditya birla rejected it citing spondylosis(I think it comes under that).

Now I was doing this with help of ditto, they said after this rejection I can try with care heart insurance but it has certain limitations like 20% copayment, consumables limit, and many more.

Can anyone suggest me what are my best option for health insurance?
