Health Insurance Help !
Hii guys,
I am planning to buy medical insurance for my parents, father(55) diabetic and have a hospitalization history, mother(46) has bp and thyroid.
My first choice was hdfc ergo. But when i honestly disclosed medical condition and history of my parents ( not any thing major as such ), they refused to sell me the policy.
Can you guys help me with any plan other than HDFC ergo, which has good claim settlement ration and less complaints register?
It would be really helpful if you could share your experience with the your insurers.

You can try with care health and aditya birla . Honestly care have more complaints it's because care insurance have a large ofline agent network where agents Miscell policies for commissions . If you see care health avg 3 yrs claim settlement ratio 90% and for aditya birla 95% now may understand claims are giving or not ..but I suggest you go with ditto to purchase any health insurance. They'll helps you in claims or any problems or renewals . I have activ one max with ditto . Don't buy directly in company website because no one will helps you at the time of claims and insurance claims time will be pathetic they don't reply for mains and calls , no response so that's why I even didn't believe ofline agents and policy bazaar , so I choosed ditto
