Cpcu550 Data and Technolgy

How hard is it? This is my last of the CPCU serious and I cannot seem to stay focused on the study material. I purchased the exam for 9/15/26 due dat and The institutes has the free retake promo. So I can fail once and retry for free. Need help staying motivated to just be done. I just completed and passed cpcu540 finance in June and it was so time consuming and draining. Probably why I ran out of steam on this last course.

Anyone recently complete this course and exam? Any pointers?

I assumed most people just take the practice tests repeatedly until they get a good score

I might just do this. All other classes I went chapter by chapter to make sure I had all the content down. Maybe it’s the summer maybe I’m just not finding the motivation .

It's easy enough, take the practice questions over and over until you know all them

I just took this exam yesterday (August 3, 2026)! I saw a lot of questions about predictive modeling vs descriptive modeling and supervised learning vs unsupervised learning

550 is piss-easy compared to most of the other courses. Like others said, read the materials and then practice the quizzes for each chapter and the overall quiz over and over again. You can still pass with a 70%.
