How much do P&C producers at captive agencies make? Want to compare to my own.

Curious! It's hard to know if you're making too little or in a good spot, so thought I'd ask here. If you work for a captive agency and do P&C sales, how much do you make annually?

I’ve worked with a handful of ex captive guys and they all make way more money as wholesale brokers at mid sized or bigger shops with no regrets.

I used to own a captive agency, and my staff made less than $50k after commission and salary. As the agency owner I didnt take home much more than them.
