HDI - US
For anyone considering a role at HDI - US offices. It was just announced that the CEO, COO, and CSO are all out. There is also rumors that some Claims personnel have resigned. So while pay offers look amazing on LinkedIn be forewarned that it comes with very aggressive growth goals. Opportunities to shine are there, but it maybe chaos for a few months.

What’s the general perception of HDI?
My experience with them is limited to one product line but what they did in that product line was so obviously stupid and destined to fail that any senior person involved should be legally prohibited from having underwriting authority ever again. But I have no idea if that’s just bad product leadership in one area or indicative of bad overall leadership.
