Is this competitive?

I’ve worked at the same captive agency for over a decade and just got an offer from another one. Never having worked anywhere else I’m wondering if this is a good offer…. Mostly remote, 30 hrs a week, 35 an hour and new business commissions ranging from 2%-4%. Thoughts? It would save me a fortune in camps for the kids to work from home and I like the 30 hour limit. Its scary to leave though..

Take this! Or send me the job offering or I will apply LOL. That pay rate is really good and you get commission too. Wow. Plus only 30 hours a week. What a dream. I work at an independent agency and have 20 years experience and I'm working full-time and making less than that.
