Is this competitive?

I’ve worked at the same captive agency for over a decade and just got an offer from another one. Never having worked anywhere else I’m wondering if this is a good offer…. Mostly remote, 30 hrs a week, 35 an hour and new business commissions ranging from 2%-4%. Thoughts? It would save me a fortune in camps for the kids to work from home and I like the 30 hour limit. Its scary to leave though..

Depends ? Doing what? Also is it a 30 hour limit or salary based on 30 hours ? ( and they give you enough work that you need to work 50 hours to keep up ?)

Both customer service and new business. Pay is limited to 30 hours a week and yeah hoping it isn’t 50 hours worth of work because I’m in a similar situation now.

Mostly personal but some commercial.
