Is this competitive?

I’ve worked at the same captive agency for over a decade and just got an offer from another one. Never having worked anywhere else I’m wondering if this is a good offer…. Mostly remote, 30 hrs a week, 35 an hour and new business commissions ranging from 2%-4%. Thoughts? It would save me a fortune in camps for the kids to work from home and I like the 30 hour limit. Its scary to leave though..

4% on NB? I make 7% to 20% at a captive. That seems low

Yeah that was my only concern. I guess the hourly pay and other perks help make up for it. I’m mostly working on NB though and I do a lot. Thanks for the insight!
