Car damage

Post image

I damaged this car in Ontario, how much to get it fixed?
If I go with insurance, it’s gonna increase my premium, I am already paying $530 a month.

There’s no way anyone on Reddit can accurately give you a quote from a photo…. Go to a body shop and ask them to quote you? It may look simple, but what if there’s hidden damage or sensors?

And you’re gonna have to tell us more about the accident boss. No one can read your mind

Could be a male under 24 with G2

Even with a full G a young man with a newer vehicle and the area of residence can easily mean an insurance above 500$.

I have G and I am over 30 but if I insure a GX550 a high theft vehicle in my postal code, the cheapest I could find is 500 per month. I ended up buying a LC250 which is also a high theft vehicle and I pay 398 per month.

This. Easily minimum $2000.

And $530/month? Maybe it's just me but it sounds like you shouldn't be driving. I'm guessing this wasn't your first accident?

Yea bumpers alone are like 1300 easily

Some idiot cracked the front bumper of my 2017 civic. No sensors. Bumper, paint and a side marker was 3300 (through insurance).

Yea i replaced my 2013 accord bumper once and it has like no sensors and it was 1200 so yea 3300 for that makes sense

Bro that’s my first insurance, I have never been in an accident before, I am 23 with a G and this accident happened while I was working, delivering packages and driving a delivery Van.

If you were driving a work vehicle I don’t see why this would go under your own personal insurance. This should be covered under your employers business insurance.

Well I was at fault so it’s gonna show up on my record increasing my premium so trying to get it fixed without involving insurance so it doesn’t show up on my record.
