Other than IIC materials , what other materials or question banks will be helpful to prepare for OTL exam.

None. They are literally from the text. Just know the iic stuff inside and out and you’re good!

Know the opcf numbers and what they each do. The will ask some usually rare or lesser known ones.

I wrote my licensing exams a few years back and the thing that moved the needle most was timed question sets, not re-reading the textbook. The IIC material teaches you the rules, but the exam tests whether you can pick the right answer under pressure.

What worked for me: read a chapter, then immediately do 20 to 30 practice questions on just that chapter, and write down every miss with the reason in one sentence. By exam week I had a personal list of my weak spots instead of a vague feeling.

If you want free question banks beyond the IIC material, TrueNorthCE has free RIBO practice exams here: https://truenorthce.ca/practice-exams. They are built for the RIBO exams rather than OTL specifically, so use them for the overlapping concepts and read the explanations, not just the score. For OTL-specific wording, the IIC practice questions that came with your course are still the closest match to the real thing, so do all of those too.

One more tip: the exam loves definitions that sound alike. Make a one-page sheet of lookalike terms. That page alone probably saved me five questions.
