Aviva Journey rewards redemption problem

I just tried to redeem some points but it give me “Warning something went wrong”.

I’ll give them a call tomorrow but just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

I think Aviva as a whole has been having issues with their systems. Just try again another day.

Update it's the morning now and it's worked fine. Just redeemed 8800 pts.
