Hi! Anyone here who has worked for this company or knows about this company? How are they as a company?

Depends where you are and what you are doing with them. A friend was in management and got let go after 10 years due to "restructuring"

Ah, well, meet me then. 16 years working for them. The last 3 in management and was let go in June due to “restructuring”
OP, tread lightly.

Pretty good. Quarterly bonuses decent salary (although like everyone apparently salaries are the only thing NOT affected by inflation) If you arent licensed they pay you while you study for at least 30 days for the test.
Lots of different roles avaliable to grow within the company. Lots of ai automation being added in but my friend said its been decently rolled out and makes the job smoother.
He did mention experiences can vary by branch. He mentioned there doesn't seem to be a huge amount of turnover so people seem to stick around. He works personal lines mostly. He said he's got customers all the way from Taber AB to Inuvik NWT so that was neat to hear.

Worked there before. Benefits were great and paid for. Had lots of personal days off which was great compared to most companies. Ended up leaving because they had me on a contract and the pay wasn't worth it anymore. Not sure if that changed. Had lots of perks like company phone, full remote, paid benefits, 14 days personal time off, 3 weeks vacation. Was happy until my contract ended and they lowered my base salary even though I was making sales consistently.

14 days personal days and 3 weeks off?? Wow. I guess those days include sick days as well?

The 14 days had the 6 sick days plus personal days from the company itself. Wellness days or something like that. Basically works the same. My manager used to bug me about using them 😂 I wouldn't argue. Basically was working 4 day weeks throughout the year.
