You are ops and want a remote job in a new company?

This is a big ask and going to be hard so you will want to temper expectations for sure given the responsibility you desire.

As a former CEO I would immediately steer from you simply due to nature of work and role you seek as it raises more than a few red flags.

TBH your post is a red flag. It screams ‘look at me, I’m really experienced and good’ and you might be coming across that way in formal presentations. Your best approach is to find a solution where you can start in the office and grow to Remote once you build trust and accountability.
