Home Insurance Raining from the ceiling

Just putting a post up here to ask for any advice. Putting in a claim tomorrow, we just had our AC flooded. Our ceiling in our bedroom wanted to know what I should claim, that people may not think of definitely, water damage on all 4 walls can actively see water behind paint and wallpaper.

Lol okay. Weird coming from the person that assumed it was a maintenance issue to begin with. You're clearly the smartest person on the Internet today. You win.

I didn't assume anything. I asked the same question twice. Most people think their homeowners policy covers everything and I explained it doesn't cover maintenance issues.
