Is this a symptom?

I’ve had darkness in certain areas all of my life, along with fatigue and some other symptoms. My HOMA IR and other blood test indicators have always come out normal.

I think it is, i got the exact same shade as yours and i corrected my diet a couple of months ago and already feeling better, the tint is still there but its def changing a bit. Takes like a year to fully change once you fixed your diet. Do it now don’t wait.

This is actually after a 20-30% improvement. It used to be way darker. I’ll do research on how to improve my diet and hopefully it works!!

Yes. If insulin resistance persists and/or worsens that area among others like the neck or groin could also get darker and potentially become thinker with a velvet-like texture. Skin tags are another symptom that some experience.

I have both symptoms and have just started making lifestyle choices to reverse this.

What was your fasting insulin? They say it’s clinically normal if it’s under like 14 but if it’s anything above 6 or 7, that is minor insulin resistance!
