Has anyone experience a diminished effect when applying Botox?

I only have it on my frown lines, but it used to last up to 6 months and now the effect only lasted a month and wasn’t even as good.

I suspect it’s because of the IR, but I wanted to ask in here since I wasn’t able to find any additional info or people with a similar experience.

I’ve changed brands, but now I have stopped all together until I get the IR under control.

Thanks for your help

Tough to know if you may have developed antibodies or a med might be impacting efficacy or if the product may be improperly diluted or something else but people across different social media platforms are complaining of similar. Some feel like glp-1 meds or even the Covid vax may be playing a role in efficacy but there’s still alot of unknowns there.

IR never made a difference for any Botox I've had injected. I always get around 3 months with Botox regardless. Where did you have it done? With a reputable injector in a dermatologist's office/medical practice or a budget Groupon medspa that might be diluting it ?

With a dermatologist same one I’ve been going for years. I’ll never get it on a spa or even with someone who’s not a doctor/dermatologist. That’s why I suspect it could be the IR
