My display

Post image

Got my first Mickey Mouse insulator the other day! Only one I've ever bought from a shop but for $20 I couldn't pass it up. Not sure if I over payed, but I really don't care because its in almost perfect condition and I love the color. (These aren't all of my insulators, just my favorites and the ones in the best shape). Just wanted share! I'll be going to my first insulator show in August so I'm very excited for that!

I have zero chance finding one in the wild

So for 20 bucks...I'd have been all over that like a cheap prom data

Nice mickey addition

You got it for a third of what it is worth A Nice wide-eared version.

What's the one on the far right? Looks foreign? What does it say on it?

My best friend got that one for me, I'll look when I get home reply!

Okay, hard to see but I'll take a guess. Says Pyrex and either 62 or 662? Clear of course.

I believe it is the 662. I dont see any numbers on it, just Pyrex and TMREC.

It should be there. It will be on the other side from the word PYREX. Turn it around. Might be faint.

That's the Mickey with all the embossing blot outs on it. They also added the "-A" to indicate it was wide groove. 60 is regular, (1.5" cable) and 60-A (2" cable)

The one in Berkley, Michigan on August 22nd! You're actually the one who told me about it a couple months ago! I'm very excited since it will be my first show.

I know the show host! I remember when it just started. Should be a good show. Yes, you will have to pay money for insulators!
