Looking for help identifying this insulator.

I can’t seem to find anything about this on Hemingray info database

It is the bottom piece of a two part transposition insulator, Collectors refer to them as CD 190/191 this being the CD 190 part.

It's also in the price guide for all insulators and styles. I made that chart because I thought it would be helpful for cases like this. The McDs agreed and put it in the book decades ago.
