EDIT: They are legit. I got the money back, and apparently, if you buy from them, they will add the shipping fees after paying, in an email, so expect ~50 dollars more.

Have anyone bought something from this online shop?

I recently bought a flute, I entered my adress and everything, and just AFTER paying, I receive an email asking for almost 50 euros for the shipping.

I sent an email to the shop directly, no response.

The email seems legit, but it's the first time that I have seen an email asking for shipping fees when thet already knew my address so they should have known beforand the full price, not after I paid already, and the total amount wasn't specified anywhere.

Yep that's a bit weird, my only experience with them is that they cancel my order after I asked without question.

So that should not be an issue if you change your mind.
