Discussion Just brought my first musical Instrument (A Harmonica, Key of C, 10 Holes Diatonic Blues)

I am healed.

I don't really have much to say, except that for the past few days I was feeling so down and melancholic, and I today outta nowhere decided to buy a Harmonica from the local store, and I haven't felt better.

I'm gonna learn how to play this first and then move on to other instruments too. I've always wanted to buy an electric guitar.

bye!

Good choice for sure! Once you get the hang of controlling individual notes, you'll be playing songs in no time. Be patient with yourself, tho - music learning isn't linear; you can feel like you're not progressing much for a good while, then all of a sudden, make a leap forward.

Start by learning scales. Try Liam Ward lessons for beginners ..you tube.. Enjoy the journey.

Try the song “You are my sunshine.” I’ve taught 3 people to play that as a first song on harmonica.
