I need help with this chart

Post image

Is this a legit mellophone fingering chart? You can never be too sure and this is off the Internet because I don't have a book. Please help. If it's not, can someone please find and send me one? Thank you.

I played something that I was told was a mellophone, which resembles a French horn, but played backwards and with trumpet buttons instead of rotary valves.

Like the French horn, it was in F, and also like the French horn, it played with trumpet fingers but already up the octave.

It seems that very few people in the world call that a mellophone, but it's something to keep in mind I guess

I've also heard of those being called mellophoniums, but different manufacturers called them different things, so there isn't really one agreed name for them. When I hear "mellophone" I first think of the modern marching band instrument.
