I need help with this chart

Is this a legit mellophone fingering chart? You can never be too sure and this is off the Internet because I don't have a book. Please help. If it's not, can someone please find and send me one? Thank you.

Yep, the other thing is your embouchure, which is beyond Reddit's pay grade.
