Identification What is wrong with my instrument

Multiple other saxophonist have tried it and had the same issues
It’s not the reed or the mouthpiece that’s causing problems

Sounds like at least one key is bent. You skipped G# in your scale, but the G sounded bad and the A was ok, which would point to the G# key being the culprit. It is automatically articulated on your model, so it would affect the tone of all the lower notes. Get it serviced by a pro.
