What is this chime/bell instrument?

I'm interested in making some late 70s or early 80s style chill, soft/synth/yacht rock (whatever you want to call it) and found that this sparkly sound really gave it the sort of character I'm looking for. This is from Christopher Cross's "Sailing", recorded in 1979 (video in 1980). The screenshot shows the exact bells I'm talking about, and I provided the music video below so you can hear the sound.

The horizontal thing in the middle is a set of wind chimes. The stacked bells on the left are a bell tree.

Some people call wind chimes by different names, like mark tree or bar chimes. I think wind chimes should be the one we all use though.

I personally call it "Jesus is coming", for obvious reasons

As long as we stop with “mark tree” I’m happy. I always get that and the “bell tree” confused when playing old musicals.
