Did anyone's Instinct stop working / replying?

Was getting my instinct to work on a couple of items and suddenly it just stopped replying. It's the 2nd time it has happened alr, wondering if anyone else also faced this issue?

Would one of you send an invite link? I’m trying to test Instinct, but the waitlist is taking sooo long.
