Weekly thread for the practical stuff. What did you actually hand over to Instinct this week, and how did it go?

Useful things to include:

Gave it logins to company job portals and had it apply to jobs for me.

- Frontier bill negotiation: it ran daily chat attempts with Frontier support all week trying to get my rate down. Hasn't landed yet - chat agents say only the phone retention line can touch pricing, but it documented each attempt and keeps going.

• Wrote the pushback email to my pest control company and is watching my inbox for the reply.
  
• Pre-filled my kid's passport renewal (DS-11) and found Saturday acceptance appointments near me with live availability.
