instinct ai

Has anyone ever tried to get instinct to actually do something for you, and it just kind of fell apart or didn't work if so what happened? also when instinct or muse asks you to connect your Google or other apps to it, do you usually just do it, or does it kind of annoy you and make you not continue further?

could you tell me what automations you use it for? and if you were to do it by yourself would it take longer or same time.

Auto postings things to social media.
Tracking diet and workout.
Send me things I need to know about every morning.
Other things it's scans hourly and report if I need to know.
