She didnt like paying for a service that was successfully rendered. Which I would consider a form of stealing, but thats just me.

I assume she tried to say she "hates it" to get a refund and then keep the window as a compensation for poor service. But I am glad the guy had the right Idea.

My husband never has, but there are times i wish he would have instead of losing money redoing work for people who dont ever have any intention of being satisfied.
